Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
What Nearloop provides
Nearloop provides physical NFC/QR customer-touchpoint hardware — the Review Display and the Mobile Tap Card — together with a software subscription, as described on the pricing page.
Setup requests and payment
When you submit the setup form, you are taken to a secure checkout page hosted by our payment processor, Stripe. There you can review the exact one-time setup amount and the monthly subscription amount before you pay. No card details are entered on or stored by Nearloop.
Payment for the one-time setup and the first month of the software subscription is collected at checkout. After that, the monthly software subscription bills automatically each month through Stripe until it is cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your Nearloop dashboard.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The software subscription is billed monthly per location and continues until you cancel it. Cancelling stops future billing: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your subscription stays active until then.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Nearloop for legitimate business purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the service or its systems.
No outcome guarantee
Nearloop does not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ranking improvements, revenue, or other business outcomes from using the service.
Third-party platforms
Google and any other third-party platforms referenced through Nearloop — such as Google review destinations — are independent services outside Nearloop's control. Their terms, policies, and availability are set by those providers, not by Nearloop.
Service availability
Nearloop is an early-stage service. It is provided on an "as available" basis, and we may update, pause, or change features as we continue to develop it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nearloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Nearloop evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
